Keep children occupied is often a costly effort – especially during the holidays.

Include the cost of the move, day out and buy things can quickly get out of control in. So this little guide will point out, have multiple opportunities for children to a household.

Arts and crafts

All that junk mail that comes in the e-mail can now be used! Call your child junk mail and let them use if for the arts and crafts.

In this way you will not need to buy the paper in. The kids just colored pencils on any document (or use the back of the page) and can be cut (with supervision) in the paper-catching form. They could even be paper-chains by creating loops with pieces of paper and packaging technology.

Garden fun

Kids love it messy – so let them! They can plant their own seeds, grow their own crops and water the plants for you. Not only do they learn about nature, to do that, but they have a lot of fun!

This pleasure can take hours. You need to buy a few packets of seeds for your children to the factory, and they want to see how it grows every day! A good type of food would they leave fruit (or vegetable) to grow, because it encouraged to eat healthy.

Cardboard boxes – a world of fantasy

Ok, this may seem a little low and tacky, but kids will love him forever. Give them a couple of large boxes (ask for some of your local supermarket – they should have loads of stock), and let their imagination do the rest!

You can add color, shape and change their box as much as they want. They make their home in a box, a TV, a boat or a car – it’s guaranteed to keep children busy for hours.

Treasure Hunt

If you run out of ideas when it comes to entertain the children, why not a treasure hunt around your house small?

All you have to do is to hide some surprises around your house and your children a list of clues to find them. Let them not be too hard … But at the same time, let them not too easy! You want them to be taken for a few hours to ensure there is enough for them to find hidden!
